An old ritual, made yours. Nourish is a hand-blended mix of organic and wildcrafted herbs for a slow, private steam, drawn from a practice women have kept for generations. Steep the herbs, let the room go quiet, and sit with the warmth for 15 to 30 minutes. No rush, no one to answer to. Just heat, plants and breath, and the feeling of coming home to yourself.
How to use: steep 2 to 3 tablespoons in hot, not boiling, water, transfer to a steam seat or heat-safe bowl, and sit comfortably. Do not steam during menstruation or pregnancy.
